Description:

We’re looking to hire a Technical Integration Manager to support our Technical Support Team in Belgrade. As a Technical Integration Manager, you will support our clients with their integration to our payment processing platforms, assist with tech-related queries and execute other day-to-day support functions. You will assist Sales managers in presales stage, demonstrating and providing the technical know-how to help seal the deal. The Technical Integration Manager also verifies if the account setup was done as required before giving the green light to release the account.

Although we don’t expect you to be a developer, we do require some knowledge on API’s, SDK’s, flow diagrams, scripting and other technical subjects. Your contact with our merchants will be across all organizational levels, from C-level to project leads and developers in our bigger clients, to small business owners that use our e-commerce payment plug-ins. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to work closely with many different parts of the business, like our Sales, Relationship Management, Back Office, Merchant Boarding and Product teams.

The communication with our clients occurs mainly via ticketing system, email and other media as needed. You will work seamlessly with our office in Belgrade, and will report to the team lead, who ultimately reports to the Operations Director, based in Belgrade.ž

Who are we looking for?

  • A bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
  • A relevant experience in a technical, or integrations role or simillar is considered as an advantage
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of web-services/APIs, REST, JSON and HTML concepts is required (Development skills are optional)
  • Some experience in mobile development (iOS, Android) is a big plus
  • Able to communicate to all organizational levels, you will deal with both developers and CEO’s
  • Team player, eager to learn and grow
  • Independent attitude, can-do mentality and responsible
  • Experience in the payment industry is a plus
  • Native Serbian / Croatian / Bosnian speaker
  • Proficient in English

As a Technical Integration Manager, you will …

  • Provide excellent assistance to merchants, resellers and payment gateways during technical integration with our payment platform
  • Provide consultancy on our payment web services/APIs during the integration phase to our clients
  • Help sales derive the payment solutions during the presales phase
  • Analyze and propose the best possible payment integration solution for the client’s e-commerce business
  • Be responsible for the technical on-boarding process for clients from test to live
  • Provide continued technical support after the implementation phase
  • Liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the organization (banks, merchants, partners, internal departments)
  • Research customer issues and provide solutions/action-plan accordingly
  • Escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
  • Cultivate our shared knowledge atmosphere and contribute to internal knowledge sources
  • Inform internal stakeholders on features and improvements suggested by our customers
  • Test new features before they are rolled out to Production
